5/5

If you want to make a difference, 10,000 Degrees is a great organization to volunteer with. The staff is warm, knowledgeable, and supportive. They have a fantastic track record for getting low income students into college and through to graduation. They've pivoted masterfully, during COVID, to support volunteers, offering training in technologies like Zoom, Epic and Google classroom. Few things beat watching your tutee go from a D to an A in math and hearing him say that what he learned from that accomplishment was, "I can do anything I put my mind too."
